Limited Edition – The Cinquantotto Serie Grigia Heritage includes four strictly limited edition machines developed in homage to the Pantone 2021 Colour of the Year, PANTONE 17-5104 Ultimate Grey.
The machine comes in four shades of grey:
- RAL 7015 lucido (glossy finish)
- RAL 7039 gommato (matt rubberised finish)
- RAL 7031 gommato (matt rubberised finish)
- RAL 7046 gommato (matt rubberised finish)
Each Serie Grigia machine features brass detailing on the cup frame as standard, to compliment each shade of gray, adding to the unique vintage look and feel. The gray and brass distilling is achieved using an immersion painting technique, for a long lasting and quality finish to the high standards that you expect from Rocket Espresso.
Cinquantotto is for the ambitious home barista who wants an enormous capacity in their espresso machine. With its two boilers and many configuration options, such as professional electronic PID, the Cinquantotto enables the user to optimize the espresso in the smallest detail. The Cinquantotto comes with an additional steamer tip. Use the extra steamer tip to create the best results when skimming your milk.
TIP: With continuous filling, always use spring water or other non-calcite water to prevent calcification. When using a permanent water connection, use an authorized plumber who has experience in connecting espresso equipment. For new piping, always rinse at least 50 liters of water through to remove metal shavings and always connect with an approved lime filter.
