No, there’s no contract period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made no later than 5 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged.

Yes, your subscription is very flexible and can be adjusted up until 5 days before your next delivery. Changes made after this deadline will take effect from the following delivery onwards.

You can manage the following yourself through the customer portal (access provided with an active subscription):


  • Payment card

  • Delivery frequency

  • Skip a delivery

  • Change date for next delivery

  • Add extra products to your subscription (after this, however, you must send us an email so that we can assign the correct discount rate)

  • Add products as single purchases to your subscription order (to avoid additional shipping costs)

  • Pause subscription

  • Cancel subscription

  • Change your email address

We can change this for you:

  • Replace one product with another
  • Change the number of products per delivery

Yes, it is possible to subscribe to multiple products at the same time. You can either add multiple products at once or continuously add products to the subscription.

Yes, subscription products are discounted compared to the normal price. You can see the specific discount listed for each product.

When you first subscribe, you’ll automatically receive the best available discount — including any promotional offers that may be better than the regular subscription discount at the time you sign up.

After your first delivery, the standard subscription price will apply to all future deliveries.
Please note: Once your subscription is active, no additional discounts or promotions can be applied on top of the normal subscription price, even if the product goes on sale later.

Yes, you can return your subscription items in the same way as other products purchased from Spinchy. You can either return or exchange them in one of our physical stores or send them back.

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. For subscription products, we cannot accept MobilePay and Dankort at this time, but we are working on a solution.

Yes, you are always welcome to visit one of our stores at Klostergade 20 in Aarhus or Gammel Kongevej 84 in Frederiksberg. Here you can see and try our products and get personal guidance.
