Here you can read our terms and conditions applicable for all your purchases on www.spinchy.com. You are therefore encouraged to read the terms carefully so that you know your rights and obligations before you buy any products from us. For every purchase we ask you to accept the terms of trade conditions. When you shop with us, all transactions are subject to Danish law. Therefore all disagreements will be settled by The Courts of Denmark.

Order and payment

The webshop is open 24/7, so you can always shop with us. However, certain parts of the site will periodically be unavailable due to maintenance. To shop on Spinchy.com you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal right to enter into a purchase, for example in the form of acceptance from your guardian.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of 25 % Danish VAT and in the selected currency if ordering within the EU. Outside of the EU prices are exclusive of Danish VAT. Prices at time of booking apply. Freight and delivery costs are included unless stated otherwise.

Order Placement

When placing an order through our website, this does not constitute a legally binding agreement. Spinchy reserves the right to cancel your order due to typographical errors, technical issues, delivery problems, and similar situations.

A binding order confirmation or invoice will only be sent to you once we have dispatched the items you have ordered. After you have placed an order via our website, our system automatically sends an email with an overview of the ordered items. This is simply an electronic receipt for the receipt of your order. Please note that the automatic email response does not constitute a legally binding order confirmation, meaning that no agreement has been made.

The agreement is only binding when you have received an email from Spinchy informing you that we have dispatched the item. We do not withdraw money from your account until you have received confirmation and the item has been dispatched. Spinchy retains a copy of the agreement and is happy to send it upon request.

Ordering goods

  1. Find the goods you would like to purchase and click on "add to cart"
  2. Select "view cart"
  3. Select "Proceed to checkout"
  4. Enter your personal data and choose where you want the package delivered.
  5. Choose shipping method.
  6. Choose payment method.
  7. Approve the order.
  8. We will send an order confirmation to you by email.

Receipt of order and order confirmation

When you order an item, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order has been shipped you will receive your invoice per email.   Orders placed on weekdays before 12.00pm are treated on the same day. Orders placed Friday after 16:00, Saturday, Sunday and holidays are processed the next working day.

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is held on your card or account until:

  • we withdraw the amount when we send the item, or
  • until the funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can find more information about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. We do not charge card fees, regardless of which of the above payment cards is chosen. The amount is only debited from your card when the items are dispatched from the shop's warehouse.

MobilePay
You can also choose to pay with MobilePay. MobilePay is a solution for payment via your smartphone. If you would like to take advantage of MobilePay, you must install the application on your phone, and link a debit card to it. Be aware that there may be a fee associated with using MobilePay, depending on which payment you choose to use. When you choose to pay by MobilePay, you will be redirected to a page where you are prompted to enter your phone number. Shipping Price

The shipping price depends on the destination country. Please check the price during checkout.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 DKK with our standard delivery to Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland). For orders under 500 DKK, the shipping price ranges between 49 - 69 kr.

Dispatch

Information about dispatch can be found on the individual product pages. As a rule, items in stock are dispatched within 0-2 business days. During busy periods such as Black Friday and holidays, however, longer delivery times may occur. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday, and on holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.

We primarily use PostNord for most deliveries, although larger espresso machines are sent as pallet freight. PostNord delivers to parcel shops, home addresses, or business addresses depending on your country. The normal delivery time varies depending on your country.
You will receive a tracking code so you can track your package's journey from us to you.

Orders can also be picked up at Spinchy stores at Gammel Kongevej 84, 1850 Frederiksberg C or Klostergade 20, 8000 Aarhus C. Information about when you can collect your items can be found on the individual product pages and during checkout.

Cancellation

When you shop at Spinchy.com you have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you;
  1. Received your product
  2. Get the last goods in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately.
  3. Get the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces.

If you regret your purchase you must, within 14 days of receipt, notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification shall be given by contacting us at info@spinchy.com. In your message you need to make us clearly aware of the fact that that you want to use your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send together with the item. You can find it here. You can not cancel your purchase by simply rejecting the goods without clearly letting us know that you would like to cancel your purchase.

Partial cancellation of a purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the opportunity to send one or more items back, even if they are purchased in one order. Note that you can only get a proportionate share of your delivery costs back, corresponding to the balance between the number of items you send back, and the number you keep.

Return

You must send your order back to us without any undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When returning an item you are responsible for packing the goods safely. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.

Business Customers

For business customers there are no right of cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Private enterprises, government agencies, associations, foundations and private institutions etc. are considered business customers.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words, you can inspect the item in the same way as if you examined it in a physical store. If the product is examined and tested beyond what is outlined above, we consider it as used, which means that when you cancel your purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value. In order to receive back the entire purchase amount you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must inspect the item, but do not take it in actual use

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase we will refund the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation you are liable for, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the return product, unless you have supplied evidence of returning the item. If you regret your purchase, the item must be sent to:

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition will be faster if you also fill out our cancellation form. Note! We do not receive packages sent COD (cash on delivery).  

Guarantee and Warranty

When you shop at Spinchy.com you have 24 months warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and / or workmanship. When there are defects in a product you can either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. It is therefore necessary that you follow the enclosed instructions, washing instructions and other instructions that guide the proper use and maintenance of the product. Non-respect of a product in relation to the prescription, will be construed as misuse or other inappropriate behavior, and therefore the product will not be covered by the warranty. Should you receive an item you believe is covered by the warranty please contact us at info@spinchy.com. Please contact us prior to a return.

How soon should I complain?

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable return delivery costs

If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) return delivery costs. We need the following information when you send the product to us: When you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Feel free to use our complaint form here. It is not a requirement, but it eases the process and minimizes turnaround time for the complaint. Send the product to:

Please note, we do not accept COD packages or the like. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging and get a receipt for the shipment, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Warranty

Espresso machines - Guaranty and warranty permanently void in case of limescale related false. This assessment is made solely by spinchy.com qualified personnel. Besides the Danish Sale of Goods Act Spinchy.com provides extra warranty benefits when you follow the manual and maintenance instructions included with each product: Bamix: 5 years warranty (Though Bamix accessories are under the Danish Sale of Goods Act) Teddy: 2 years warranty Alligator: 2 years warranty.

What do we do with your personal information (Privacy Policy)

By using Spinchy.com you agree to us processing your personal data in accordance with the following privacy policy. Spinchy.com fully respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information that is disclosed online, and we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and management of any personal information that we receive. If you do not agree to the privacy policy, please do not use this website. What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, Spinchy.com needs some personal data to deal with you and provide news and other services to you.
