Questions about an order I have placed

If you have not received a confirmation email after placing an order, please check your spam folder, junk mail or in your advertising folder.

Could you have entered the wrong email address by mistake? If it is not correct, you will not receive an order confirmation or a Track and Trace number for your package.

If you still can't find it, feel free to contact our customer service .

Remember that your order is only finally confirmed when you receive an email that it has been sent.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

We generally ship as soon as possible.

We do not charge a fee for payment cards.

If you see an "Error 404" on the payment page, it usually means that your order has been completed. However, check whether the money has been reserved on your account and whether you have received an order confirmation.

The money is only withdrawn from your account when we ship your order from our warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation in connection with this.

We do not offer price matching for purchases on spinchy.com or in Spinchy stores. However, we always price match prices from spinchy.com in our stores.

You can easily order as a company and we also ship to company addresses through PostNord.

If you want an EAN invoice (digital invoicing method), this can be done. However, you must shop for more than DKK 2,000.

Yes but only in Denmark, we offer that you can pick up your order free of charge in our two stores.

One is in Frederiksberg and the other in Aarhus .

Under each product, it is possible to see when the item is ready for collection, after ordering.

During the check out process, you choose where you want to pick up the order.

If the item is in stock in the store you wish to collect from, you can typically pick up your order the same day or the following day (on weekdays, Monday-Friday). During peak periods, longer processing times may occur.

As soon as the order is ready, you will receive an e-mail or text message. Please wait for this e-mail before picking up your order.
Once you have received this, you can collect your order during the store's opening hours .

We have 2 stores. One is in Frederiksberg and the other is in Aarhus .

Questions about goods I have received

When you shop at Spinchy.com, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:


  1. have received your item

  2. takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually

  3. gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts

If you regret your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us at info@spinchy.com . In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our cancellation form and send it back. You can find it here: Cancellation form . You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

Partial cancellation of a purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you can only get a proportional part of the delivery costs back, corresponding to the distribution between the number of items you send back and the number you keep.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be cancelled:

1 - Coffee courses and gift cards - There is no right of cancellation on our coffee courses and gift cards.

2 - Business customers - For business customers, there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business customers are considered private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and independent institutions.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can view the product in the same way as if you viewed it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value, and in certain cases this may mean , that you can only get the shipping costs back. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may inspect the item, but not actually use it. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not the delivery costs you may incur in connection with sending the order back to us).

You must return the order without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then. If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent to:

Complaints after prolonged use

When you shop at Spinchy.com, you have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The right to complain and the guarantee are permanently voided by limescale in the espresso machine. This assessment is made solely by professional staff through Spinchy.com.

When there is a fault with an item, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. It is therefore necessary that you follow the enclosed instructions for use, washing instructions and other instructions that guide the correct use and maintenance of the product.

If a product fails to comply with the instructions, it will be perceived as incorrect use or other inappropriate behaviour, and therefore the product will not be covered by the right of complaint.

How soon should I advertise?

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

When returning the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible. Feel free to use our complaint form here . It is not a requirement, but it facilitates case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.
