Care and maintenance information
At Spinchy, we recommend using water with a low limescale content. Your espresso machine is not covered by the warranty if damage occurs due to limescale or minerals. Always test your water regularly.
We recommend that you use a grounding plug for your electrical appliances if you do not have a
Schuko socket in your outlet. Kitchen appliances are most often produced with EU grounding plugs that do not connect to Danish 3-pin grounding sockets. Therefore, an adapter must be used to protect the components in your machine. When your electrical components are grounded, they last longer, and you reduce the risk of electric shock. Please note that it must be an active ground connected to a grounding rod, as a
grounding plug in an inactive socket will not work. Buy your adapter here
We do
not recommend descaling your machine yourself. Descaling contains acid and can damage the machine if it is not carried out correctly. If your machine needs descaling, we recommend having it professionally serviced.
