The new Mignon Libra is an ekslusive espresso grinder with 55 mm flat burrs in hardened steel for higher productivity. The integrated scale makes it possible for the user to make small coarse-adjustments without the normal hassle and time consuming effort, of manuel weighing and calibration of the grinder.
The Mignon Libra grinder is produced with 3 dosing settings; Single, double and continous. The ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) conceived to prevent the clumps development and eliminates the electrostatic charge. Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, ACE System ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency.
The grinder has a Stepless Micrometric Regulation System (patented by Eureka) that assures incomparable grinding performances. Which leeds us to the High Speed Maintenance which is the typical mechanical composition of Eurekas burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 4-7 screws, and permits to quickly replace and clean the burrs, as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.
All-Purpose Adjustable Hands-Free fork with the integrated scale makes it ideal for any kind of portafilter, and allows the barista to accomplish other operations during the grinding phase. The fork can easily be adjusted by hand, without the need for tools.
