Paubrasil is a natural, dark roasted coffee produced by farmers from the Cerrado Mineiro DO region. Named after Brazil's national tree, this coffee exemplifies the consistent quality achieved by Brazil’s experienced farmers. Paubrasil offers a balanced and smooth profile with notes of dried cherry, almonds, and dark chocolate, despite varying environmental conditions.

The coffee is transparently certified under the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program. Coffees certified by this program are cultivated on farms within a region comprising 55 municipalities. Paubrasil’s unique identity arises from the region's climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and the shared expertise of its qualified producers.

Paubrasil's contributing producers are members of one of nine cooperatives or six associations affiliated with the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation, and they adhere to a statement of good practices in compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
