Mignon Libra 65mm All Purpose

The new Mignon Libra model is an exclusive espresso grinder that, with its 65mm flat burrs, ensures your coffee beans are ground to precision – now even faster than before, thanks to its 65mm burrs.

Mignon Libra is a Grind By Weight – this means the grinder has a built-in scale that delivers the exact desired amount of ground coffee.
When working with a Grind By Weight grinder, you can make small grind adjustments without having to recalibrate the grinder afterward, as the weight is measured while grinding.

The Libra model offers 3 dosing options; Single, double, and continuous. Additionally, the grinder is equipped with what Eureka calls the ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity), which helps prevent clumping and eliminate the electrostatic charge that occurs during grinding.

The grinder has high user-friendliness and is easy to maintain.
Maintenance is simple, as the top can be removed by unscrewing 4 screws, allowing for quick replacement and cleaning of the burrs.

All-purpose adjustable hands-free portafilter holder with integrated scale, which fits any portafilter and allows the barista to perform other tasks during grinding. The fork is easily adjustable by hand, without the need for tools.
