Quick Mill Pegaso – espresso machine with integrated grinder

Compact barista station – Pegaso combines grinder and brewer in a single stainless-steel chassis. The integrated grinder with 43 mm flat burrs grinds fresh directly before brewing.

Thermoblock & pump – Cast metal thermoblock with a long copper coil provides fast heat-up and stability. Vibration pump with noise reduction and a pressure gauge to monitor brew pressure.

Steam & milk – Stainless-steel steam wand with air intake makes it easy to create silky microfoam for cappuccino and latte art.

Controls & operation – Light toggle switches, indicator lights, dose adjustment on the grinder and stepped grind settings. (This Pegaso variant has no PID.)

Water tank & service – 1.8 L side-access water tank for easy filling. Removable drip tray for simple cleaning.
