The Quick Mill Pop Up lets you change the temperature thanks to the PID, and control pressure throughout the extraction with the smart lever. The small display functions as a shot timer—essential if you want to brew consistent shots time after time.

The Pop Up is equipped with a 0.45 L insulated boiler — good for temperature stability and preventing unnecessary heat loss.

On the side of the Quick Mill you’ll find a small wooden rotary knob. The elegant little knob makes it easy to steam and dispense water directly from the steam arm.

Quick Mill’s water tank sits on the side, so you can easily refill it even if your machine is under a cabinet. The side water tank holds 1.8 L.

The PDI control allows you to adjust the brew temperature from 40–105°C and 130–140°C for steam.
