The Rocket Espresso Giotto Cronometro R machine introduce users to tastefull espressos at home, without compromise. It is a handmade and high end machine installed with the best materials at Rockets factory in Milan. The Giotto model is a classic and well known design in the espresso world.
Giotto Cronometro R (rotation pump) has heat exchanger PID-temperature control technology, drawing on 4 different signal parameters to ensure maximum temperature stability. All Cronometro models is installed with a digital shot timer allowing the user to control the extraction time with great precision. You'll find it slightly above the left manometer.
With its rotary pump, Giotto R is extremely precise and quiet, giving better performance and a more comfortable work environment, with a low noise level. The Cronometro R range also allows for permanent water connection and drainage, so you do not have to think of filling a water tank, or emptying the drip tray.
It has two manometers (Black) for boiler and pump pressure reading. With a 1.8 liter copper boiler, you are able to brew and steam simultaneously, without loss of pressure. The Cronometro series has height adjustable feet and is offered in two different body styles; Giotto and Mozzafiato. Both models can be purchased with a vibrationpump too.
The Rocket Mozzafiato also comes in Black and White expressions.

TIP: Always use spring water or other non-calcite water to prevent calcification. We sell Bwt-filterjugs that allows you to use tapwater, but recommend a double filtration, if you live in an area known for it’s hard water supply.
With continuous filling, always use spring water or other non-calcite water to prevent calcification. When using a permanent water connection, use an authorized plumber who has experience in connecting espresso equipment. For new piping, always rinse at least 50 liters of water through to remove metal shavings and always connect with an approved lime filter.
REMEMBER all electrical kitchen appliances must be connected to ground. The machine comes with EU ground plug, so an adapter is needed.
