Meet the New Mignon Single Dose Pro Black

The Mignon Single Dose PRO is designed with single-dose coffee drinkers in mind — those who always want freshly ground coffee and the freedom to switch between beans whenever they like.

Thanks to the smart blow-up system, all the coffee grounds are efficiently released.
The grinder resembles the other models in the Mignon line but features a tilted design that makes single dosing easier.

It comes equipped with Eureka’s ‘King Size dial’, allowing for precise grind adjustments — ideal for single dosing!


Specifications:
- 65 mm ‘Diamond Inside’ flat burrs. The upper burr is a blind burr with no screws, providing greater surface area for more consistent grinding and less waste.
- Grinding speed (grams/sec): (2.3 – 2.8 Espresso; 2.8 – 3.3 Brew).
- A wide range of grind settings and Silent Technology, ensuring an exceptionally quiet grinding experience (around 60 dB).
- Equipped with the ELR System (Extremely Low Retention), featuring a 15° grinding chamber angle to minimize retention.
- The stainless steel dosing cup holds up to 80g of coffee.
- The hopper holds up to 45g of whole beans.

2. Brew Special Black – delivers outstanding results for all alternative brewing methods, from pour-over to batch brew. Ideal for light and medium-light roasts.

3. Espresso Specialty Black – recommended for espresso brewing with light and medium roasts.

4. Italian Espresso Taste Black – recommended for espresso brewing, especially with medium to dark roasts.


For all Eureka Single Dose Pro grinders purchased after June 1, 2025, a 10-year motor warranty applies.
