Meet the New Mignon Single Dose Pro

The Mignon Single Dose is designed with the preferences of single dose coffee drinkers in mind, those who always seek freshly ground coffee and want the freedom to switch beans whenever they like.
Thanks to the clever blow-up system, all the coffee comes out easily.
The grinder resembles the existing grinders in the Mignon line, but the most notable difference is the wedge-shaped base, which tilts the machine by 15 degrees.
The result is a more upright orientation of the 65mm flat burrs and the coffee’s path from grinding to the exit of the grinder.

Specifications
- The grinder features 65mm pure diamond flat burrs.
- Grinding speed (grams/second): (2.3 – 2.8 Espresso; 2.8 – 3.3 Brew).
- It has a wide range of grind sizes and is equipped with Silent Technology, ensuring a unique silence while grinding (around 60 dB).
- The grinder is also equipped with the ELR system (Extremely Low Retention), which provides the perfect tilt for the grind chamber (15°) and ensures almost no leftover coffee in the grinder.
- The dosing cup, made of stainless steel, holds up to 80g of coffee.
- The hopper holds 45g of coffee.
