Acacia is a medium and freshly roasted coffee bean, primarily roasted to create a flavorful espresso, but it also works excellently for a full-bodied and delicious filter coffee. The beans are harvested from coffee farms located in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, at an altitude of around 1900 meters above sea level.
