Kapsasur AA comes from the Nandi region of Kenya, where smallholder farmers grow coffee at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level. The cool climate and nutrient-rich volcanic soil create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation – contributing to the bright acidity and pronounced structure that Kenyan coffee is known for.

The coffee is washed, highlighting its clean and precise expression. The SL28 and SL34 varieties bring complexity and vibrant acidity, while Ruiru II and Batian add structure and balance to the cup. The result is a classic Kenyan profile with clear freshness, firm body, and a crisp, elegant finish.
