Rocket Mozzafiato Fast V in Chrome

Mozzafiato, which means "breathtaking" in Italian, marks both the design and functional evolution that Rocket has undergone. With its new features, this espresso machine could very well become your last.

Mozzafiato's iconic design is inspired by retro cars with "roof rails," reminiscent of the Volvo 760. The new group head, which you might recognize from the Rocket TCA, seamlessly blends with the machine's body, creating a perfect combination of sharp edges and soft curves.

The New Features of Mozzafiato Fast V

The new Fast models have features that make them even more precise. The boiler's working pressure is now adjustable in increments of 0.1 bar, enhancing precision.
An additional heating element has also been added to the group head, which helps ensure a quick heat-up time of just 10 minutes. The extra heating element in the group head automatically shuts off when the machine is warm and ready for use.

On Mozzafiato Fast V, you'll find two pressure gauges: one that indicates whether the steamer is ready for use and another that shows the pressure in the brew head. Additionally, there is a small OLED display with a shot timer, allowing you to keep track of your espresso shot's timing without needing an external timer.

The OLED display also provides information about boiler temperature, unit temperature, and any error codes.

Mozzafiato Fast V is equipped with both a steamer and a hot water outlet. The steamer ensures that you can quickly and easily steam your favorite milk for a café latte or cortado, while the hot water outlet makes it simple to prepare an Americano or a cup of tea.

Mozzafiato Fast V also features an energy-saving mode that automatically puts the machine into standby after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Mozzafiato Fast V is available in two different colors – chrome with black lettering and black with chrome lettering.
