Derfor vil kaffen unægteligt ændre sig over tid. Derfor synes vi, at det er mere gennemsigtigt at forbinde farven på posen, men en risteprofil. På en måde ved du altid hvad du kan forvente dig, når du ser farven på posen.

Finding the perfect coffee beans can be a bit of a jungle. We have made it more manageable by color coordinating our flavor profiles. The color of the bag will therefore represent a roasting profile, but the coffee bean's country of origin, process and variety may vary.
In the same way as with wine, there is only one harvest per year. When the year's harvest is gone, the same vintage will never return. Therefore, the coffee will undeniably change over time. Therefore, we think it is more transparent to connect the color of the bag, but a grid profile. In a way, you always know what to expect when you see the color of the bag.
Blue
Blue is our darkest grid. This coffee works well as a classic Italian espresso or a dark filter coffee.
Yellow
Our yellow coffee is good and full-bodied without much bitterness or acidity. It works well as a classic espresso in a milk drink or as a classic, pleasant filter coffee.
Red
The red coffee is a medium roast. A bit more acid and fruit than the yellow, but still with the good body and fullness.
Pink
The pink coffee is a medium-light roast. More sweetness and fruitiness are present here. This works really well as a balanced, fruity espresso or as a delicious light filter coffee.
Gray & Light Green
Our gray and light green coffee is our light roasted coffee. These work really well as an expressive, light and fruity espresso, or as a light and floral filter coffee.

Our in-house coffee roastery is located on Amager Strandvej and forms the perfect setting for a small roastery with great passion. The coffee is roasted on our Giesen W15A, which we call the 'Baroness'.
When we roast our coffee beans, we do our best to preserve as much character and natural aroma as possible. So you can enjoy a cup of coffee with an authentic flavor profile. All with respect for the farmers' hard work, both before and after harvest.
Each region has its own characteristics and we think you should experience that. That is why we have coffee from many different countries. In the roasting process, we take into account everything from bean variety, terroir (common term for geography, geology and climate conditions)and treatment method.
Our most distinguished task is to deliver freshly roasted quality coffee. We roast several times a week, so you can always be sure that there is freshly roasted coffee in stock.
