How to Set Up Grind-by-Weight
- Connect the Pico Grinder and La Marzocco Connected Scale to the La Marzocco App.
- Create a “New Coffee Station,” name it, and add both the grinder and the scale.
- Place the scale on the Pico – three beeps confirm synchronization.
- In the app, you can then enter your desired dose, e.g. 18 grams.
- When you press the grind button, the grinder will automatically stop once the exact weight is reached.
If you switch between a dosing cup and the portafilter mod, simply recalibrate the scale in the app to maintain accuracy.
Fine-Tune Your Espresso
