Aquiares Red Honey comes from the renowned Aquiares Farm in Turrialba, Costa Rica, led by Diego Robelo. The farm is one of the country’s most innovative coffee producers and works actively with both quality, sustainability, and modern farming practices. The coffee cherries are grown at around 1200 meters above sea level, where the climate and soil create ideal conditions for developing complex flavor profiles.

This coffee is processed using the Red Honey method, where part of the fruit mucilage remains on the bean during drying. This gives the coffee a rich and sweet profile with notes of dark fruits, dates, and brown sugar, complemented by subtle spicy nuances. The result is a balanced cup with round sweetness, lively fruit character, and a long, pleasant finish.
