Fausto is a fantastic grinder from Rocket Espresso. It is distinguished by an extremely fast grinding - in just ten seconds it will grind 21 grams of coffee. Besides rapid grinding Fausto has a low noise level. The digital touch display with shot counter and programmable dual control buttons allows for quick adjustments and effortless portion control. The grinders dosage is intuitively adjusted making it easy to achieve the desired amount of coffee for one and two cups. Additionally, the stepless adjustment of the grinding degree helps to easily achieve the preferred bean grind.

Equipped with commercial-quality 65 mm flat burrs, Fausto grinds quickly and accurately with easy to dial in stepless grinding, which allows for total control over the particle grind size.
