FLAT is a flat filter made with FAST or B3 Specialty Coffee Filter technology, designed as a Sibarist FLAT filter.

The filter's shape creates an unobstructed brewing volume, resulting in a very even extraction of coffee particles, consistent turbulence, and full access to the coffee bed. The material's thickness and low porosity provide a sweeter, cleaner cup without bypass.

How to use Sibarista Flat bottom filters Fast M:

1. Fold the 4 edges of the filter along the pre-creased lines on the paper. There's no need to maintain the filter's flat bottom shape – just fold along the lines.
2. Place the filter on top of the dripper and press the center of the filter paper downwards.
3. Rinse the filter by pouring hot water in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving towards the edge. Ensure the entire surface of the filter is tightly against the walls of the dripper without any air pockets between the filter and the holder.
