Refilling the water tank is easy, simply pour water into the opening at the back of the machine. Always use low-lime water, preferably bottled water.

How to use your Spinel Ciao Espresso Machine:

• Fill the machine's water tank with low-lime water, preferably bottled water.


• Turn on the machine and let it heat up – ideally for 20 minutes before use.


• Open the handle and insert a pod or coffee capsule.


• Press the handle down and choose between the two brewing options – the machine brews coffee quickly and easily.


• Enjoy your coffee!

Ciao has a water tank capacity of 1L, a self-cleaning hydraulic system that helps prevent lime buildup, and a vibration pump.

The cup rack has two levels, allowing you to use both small espresso cups and larger latte cups. Maximum cup height: 9 cm.

The cup rack can be easily removed and rinsed.
