Atom Specialty 65 is a high-end espresso grinder with 65 mm burrs in hardened steel for high productivity.

It has the High Speed label that marks those grinders able to reach highly reduced dispensing time. The grinder can reach extremely high dispensing speed and hence serve you faster, while preserving an elevated quality of coffee in cup.

By purchasing Eureka Red Speed (TiAICN) burrs which are ceramic burrs with different geometries, the durability of the blades can be extended and the dispensing speed significantly reduced.

The Atom Specialty 65 grinder has a colorscreen for settings and control of the grind. Further it has Silent Technology which is an exclusive anti-vibration solution that reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to the conventional grinders.

The grinder has ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) conceived to prevent the clumps development and eliminate the electrostatic charge of ground coffee. Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, ACE System ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency.

The grinder has stepless Micrometric Regulation System (patented by Eureka) that assures incomparable grinding performances and allows to carry out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting.

High Speed Maintenance which is the typical mechanical composition of Eurekas burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, permits to quickly replace and clean the burrs as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.

All-Purpose Adjustable Hands-Free fork, ideal for any kind of portafilter and allows barista to accomplish other operations during the grinding phase.
