Mignon Perfetto is an all-purpose grinder with 50 mm burrs in hardened steel. It has a special burrs design suitable both for espresso and all the varieties of filter.

The Mignon Perfetto grinder has a touch screen (2 doses + continuous) and Silent Technology. This is an exclusive anti-vibration solution that reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to conventional grinders.

The grinder has ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) conceived to prevent clumps from developing. It also eliminates the electrostatic charge of ground coffee. Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, ACE System ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency.

The grinder has stepless Micrometric Regulation System (patented by Eureka). MRS assures incomparable grinding performances and allows to carry out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting.

High Speed Maintenance which is the typical mechanical composition of Eureka's burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, permits to quickly replace and clean the burrs as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.

All-Purpose Adjustable Hands-Free fork, ideal for any kind of portafilter and allows barista to accomplish other operations during the grinding phase.

Easy Setting System which eases the grinding degree regulation by showing the whole range of grinding techniques: from Turkish to Moka, from Drip to French Press. The Eureka grinders equipped with this system are easy and fast to program.

REMEMBER all electrical kitchen appliances must be connected to ground. The machine comes with EU ground plug, so an adapter is needed.
