Kalita Wave offers a unique brewing process with optimal conditions for your pour-over coffee extractions. The interior features a wave design with a contrasting 20-wave filter that works rhythmically together to limit contact between each other, allowing water to flow evenly and at the right speed. When the water reaches the bottom, the brewer prevents water from accumulating, ensuring uniform extractions and avoiding bitterness.
