Faustino 3.1 is an elegant espresso grinder with 50mm flat burrs from Rocket Espresso. The dosage of the grinder is easily and intuitively adjusted by means of the electronic display, whereby it is easy to obtain the desired amount of coffee.
Faustino works very quietly and delivers grounded coffee without clumps. The grinding is infinitely adjusted so that it is easy to hit the desired grindsize, even when fine tuning. When adjusting the grindsize, the lower burr is moved, which means that you can easily remove the top of the grinder without resetting the setting. This is especially useful when cleaning the burrs, or replacing them. Faustino has a sound insulated case and therefore a low sound during grinding.
