Features

The Mignon Zero 65 is purpose-built for single dosing and features a specially designed grinding chamber geometry that reduces coffee retention to an absolute minimum. The result is high flavor clarity and consistent brews – shot after shot.

The grinder is equipped with Eureka’s ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity), which prevents clumping and reduces static electricity. This ensures a smooth coffee flow and more consistent dosing directly into the portafilter or dosing cup.

The stepless micrometric adjustment system, patented by Eureka, allows for extremely precise grind size control. The system enables adjustments without losing the reference point, and maintenance is straightforward, as the top can be removed for quick access to the burrs.

Single Dose Workflow

The grinder comes with a single dose hopper and a blow-up lid (bellows), ensuring that nearly all ground coffee is expelled after grinding. This provides an efficient workflow with very low retention and minimal waste.
